Raspberry Lemonade | Lilly Pulitzer Table Scape

Happy Monday everyone! I thought it would only be appropriate to share a fun lemonade recipe today because it is Munchie Monday! For those of you that don't know, I have started sharing 5 different things on my Instagram stories each day and on Monday I share 5 yummy foods, restaurants, or recipes.

Not only is this recipe delicious, but it is so easy to make as well. You could whip this up in only a few minutes before having some friends over and sit on the porch and enjoy. I always think lemonade tastes better outside in the sunshine.

This Lilly Pulitzer pitcher set was something I scored during the After Party Sale in January and I have yet to use it. I love a cute table setting that isn't too fancy (i.e. paper napkins, paper plates, etc..)

I happened to have these shorts in the exact same print, so of course I dressed for the occasion. These shorts are no longer sold in this exact print but they are seriously my favorite shorts. They have an elastic waistband and are almost a boardshort material. They are a great price for Lilly Pulitzer, and you can shop them in a couple different prints (click here).

Time to share this yummy recipe! Let me know if you decide to try it out.

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 pound (8 oz) raspberries, plus more for serving

5 cups water

1 cup sugar

Lemon wedges for serving

Directions:

Add 1/2 cup of the lemon juice and the raspberries to a blender and puree. Strain the mixture through a sieve to separate the seeds. Throw the seeds and thick mixture in the sieve away.

In a separate bowl, add 2 cups of water, and microwave until warm (1-2 minutes). Stir the sugar into the heated water until dissolved.

Combine the sugar water, puree mixture, and the rest of the cold water and lemon juice to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.

Serve over ice with additional raspberries and lemon wedges if you wish. Enjoy!

I just love making fun juices and drinks. Any other flavors or ideas you have for me? Leave them below! Have a great start to your week. Chat soon!
