1900 Park Fare Breakfast & Dumbo Movie!

Happy Monday everyone! I think Mondays are extra hard after such great weekends. I am dragging today, but have actually gotten quite a lot done. I have spent all day so far on the phone scheduling appointments, getting college questions answered, and getting technology help. Adulting is so fun.. not.

This past Saturday, my sister and I did some celebrating and I want to share our experience with you.

We celebrated my birthday (which is this coming Saturday) and my sisters upcoming graduation. I love having a button, because you get stopped everywhere and people congratulate you!

We started our Saturday with brunch at 1900 Park Fare which is the character dining experience at The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. This place is STUNNING. We had such a blast walking around the resort and browsing their high end gift shops with brands including Vineyard Vines, Lily Pulitzer, and more.
We then checked in to our reservation at the restaurant and were seated. Our waiter Edsel was the nicest gentleman ever. We loved him and he was so kind and attentive. Now the food... y'all. I wish I would have taken a photo or video of the amount of options they had at this buffet because it was heavenly. They had multiple styled eggs, fruit, meats, pastries, breads, cereals, and juices. This restaurant isn't cheap but the food is top notch and you won't leave hungry. Some of my favorites were the house-made corn beef hash, hickory smoked ham, scrambled eggs, and red velvet pancakes. Can you say food coma??

The other great part here is the character experience you get when dining. We got visited at our table by these four precious characters, and got to take photos with them. This surely made the meal more fun!
After a stuffing meal and a great brunch experience, we headed to Disney Springs to see the new movie DUMBO! My sister and I have been so excited to see this live action classic since they released the trailer. I am so pleased to report that this movie was perfect and everything we expected. They didn't over-do anything with too many bells and whistles and it was just beautiful. I highly recommend you go see it!

We had such a great sister date and I look forward to another Disney weekend this coming Saturday, on my actual birthday. What did you do this weekend? Have you seen any good movies recently? I would love some recommendations. I will talk to you on Wednesday everyone.

xoxo
