Happy Monday everyone! I just had to share my favorite smoothie recipe with you today. This recipe is not one of those super healthy smoothies but I am including two different recipe options. The first recipe is a more filling and richer smoothie that will fill you up and satisfy your sweet tooth. The second smoothie has far less calories, sneaks a few veggies in, but still has the great taste.
Recipe #1:
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
1/2 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
About 2 Cups of Almond Milk
Recipe #2
1 Frozen Banana
2 Tablespoons of Chocolate PB2
A Handful of Spinach
About 2 Cups of Almond Milk
