Happy Sweet Saturday y'all! I wasn't lying when I said I had a good looking recipe for y'all tonight. And y'all it tastes flippin fantastic for fall. I have slowly been adding gluten back into my diet because of the medicine I take helping my stomach so this is not gluten free. I have such great memories of making this with my mom when I was little so it was so nice to make this again. Have a great rest of your weekend and Roll Tide!
Ingredients:
3 cans Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls dough
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
Directions:
Preheat over to 400 degrees and grease a bundt pan well.
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a large ziplock bag.
Open the cans of cinnamon roll dough and cut each cinnamon roll in half. Roll each piece into a ball and place in ziplock bag to coat.
Place the coated balls in the bundt pan and repeat until complete with all of the balls.
In a small bowl, microwave the butter, brown sugar, and honey for 1 minute and pour over monkey bread.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.(Make sure the outside of the bread is pretty well done. You don't want to take the pan out of the oven right when the outside starts to get brown because the inside wont be done and will still be gooey).
Allow to cool completely so it doesn't fall apart and then invert it onto a plate.
Drizzle the Cinnabon frosting (that comes in the bottom of the cans) over top of the monkey bread and serve.
Super easy. Not many ingredients. Perfect. Enjoy!
