Happy Monday everyone! I can say that with excitement because it is officially only ONE WEEK UNTIL CHRISTMAS! WHAAAAT? As excited as I am for family to come into town and to celebrate, part of me always gets sad as it comes to an end. I plan to spend this week watching ALL the Christmas movies I can find!!
Today's post is another one about books. I am a nerd, I know. I went into a large Barnes and Noble the other day and decided not to spend any more money there this month, but instead just browse around and make a mental list of all the books that looked good to me. I took pictures and thought I would compile them in a blog post so I would remember them.
HERE IS WHERE YOU COME IN: I need you to comment below, email me, or comment on my social media if you have read any of these. Give me your honest opinions so I can note which I want to scratch or highlight! Got it? Let's do this.
(I will link every one to Amazon so you can read the descriptions of each book if any look good to y'all.)

This historical fiction looks SO good. Very intense and the author uses facts from the true story to unveil this murder.

I have had several friends talk about how good this book is so now I am dying to read it.
Considering my passion for education, you would be surprised I have not read Malala's book yet. I have heard a lot about her (she is AMAZING) but would like to read her entire book and story.
Now for the classroom:
I loved the book Wonder by R.J Palacio and want the picture book version for my classroom too.
Speaking of Malala, she also has a short picture book written about her life.
I USED TO LOVE JUNIE B JONES! I need aaalllll of them!

ReplyDeleteI started All The Light, and couldn't get into it. I think I have the audiobook, so I really want to try again because everyone loves that book so much.
And The Devil in The White City is fascinating-but a very difficult book to read. There are SO many details. I really did learn a lot about from it though! It was an interesting time in history.
Ready Player One looks awesome doesn't it?? I have heard mixed reviews about those two so we shall see :)
