Turquoise Cold Shoulder Ruffle Dress

Happy Wednesday y'all! How stunning is this dress? The only thing that would have made it better would be if I wasn't so pale :( Haha! This is such a pretty dress though for most seasons here in Florida. These heels though.. not good. These shoes should have been retired after prom. #can'tfeelmytoes #beautyispain
