Happy weekend gang! Do you know what a week from tonight is? The first ALABAMA FOOTBALL GAME of the season!!! I am super pumped and anxious for the season to start! I think the Tide will do pretty good this year. There are really only two seasons of the year for me.. Football Season & Waiting For Football Season. Any of y'all feel me??
My sis and I have started holding "meetings" on Saturday mornings either at home or at a restaurant to plan our week and when we shoot for my blog or film for her YouTube. I recommend everyone set aside time to organize the week ahead. This is so nice and takes away any anxiety I have about not being able to finish everything I want to get done.
I don't know if many people would know this about me but I love a girly shabby chic home. A clean pink and white room with rustic antique touches and turquoise gets me every time. I am dreaming of my pink kitchen one day!
John 15:7 "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you."
God describes the word abide in the bible as "to remain". I always want his words to remain in me and I don't ever want to forget what his word teaches. That is some pretty important stuff!
This book is the bees knees y'all. Talk about some BEAUTIFUL food photography (all the heart eyes!!). The recipes in this book are separated by seasons and the pictures get me feelin' all festive! There are breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, snack, drink, and dessert recipes for each type of event for every time of year. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
... and to think I tell every kid I babysit not to jump on the bed... whoops :D
