Draper James Brunch - Crustless Quiche

Happy Wednesday y'all! This whole brunch was cooked up on Sunday and yesterday my family finished up the left overs for breakfast. Just as good two days later.
Today we are making something perfect to go with your Lemon Blueberry Bread from Sunday's blog post... Crustless Quiche. I am a Quiche fanatic. I love making different combinations and adding fresh herbs as well. I could have it three meals a day. This one is a winner too!
For those of you who are new to the quiche world let me explain it to you. It is basically a breakfast pie. It usually has a crust but can easily be made gluten-free if you leave out the crust. It is just as delicious. It's almost like a lil' slice of heaven ;)

1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cups cottage cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
5 Eggs
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

To make a white sauce, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium- high heat. Whisk in the flour to form a paste. Add the milk gradually, and cook for a couple of minutes until thickened.

Combine the cottage cheese, baking powder, salt, and Dijon mustard in a bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until foamy with an electric mixer. Add the cream cheese, cottage cheese mixture, and white sauce gradually. Fold in the Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese.

The sassy sayings, blue and white stripes and gingham, the gold touches, it. is. perfect. Now how can I get Reese Witherspoon herself to show up to my Sunday brunch?

Summer Romper!

Happy Friday y'all! I had the best day today walking around Park Ave in Winter Park with my sister. We stopped in the Lilly Pulitzer store, small boutiques, and of course had to get some ice cream! BTW my sister now has a YouTube channel so if you want to put a face to the cute person I am always talking about, check her out

I was sweating like a mad lady today taking these pictures at 11 AM. It kills me how all of these other fashion bloggers are already buying and wearing fall attire and I am over here dying. I am excited for fall however and look forward to new fashions come the new season.

This romper is a new FAV from my favorite local boutique. They also happened to monogram basically everything I own. If you ever are in the Central Florida area, you have to stop in.

ALSO... I have a giveaway coming to the blog soon so keep your eyes peeled. There will be more information on that over on my Instagram. I know the start of school may sound dreadful if you are anything like me, but this may just cheer you up and get you in the school spirit ;)

Have a great weekend. Talk to you soon!

Disney Springs Recap & Recommendations (+ video)

As promised today I am sharing more pictures from my afternoon at Disney Springs. The Spanish architecture is so pretty here and there are so many new shops! I will be sharing some of my favorites!
As for awesome new shops I would have to say that one of the favorites is the three-story Coca Cola store... YES PLEASE! If you know me, you know that I love coke so this was pretty cool!
My mom flipped over this purse, but I was all about the Coke onsie <3 !!!!
When your two worlds collide... Disney & Lilly Pulitzer... come to Mama!
This store is stunning! Along with the Vera Bradley store next door!

Another favorite store was the two story UniQlo. I have no idea how to pronounce it or explain it but it has some of the oddest and coolest fashions along with very unique Disney designs as well.
As for restaurants, the Rainforest Cafe and the T-Rex Cafe are staples. Disney Springs as come out with a handful of new restaurants, however these two are my favorite. They have similar styling and similar menus so whichever you can get into would be best. Sunday night there was about a 2 hour wait for them both but we got lucky with a two person table right by the aquarium in the T-Rex restaurant with no wait. #dontaskmehow #thankyoujesus I ordered the Lasagna which was AMAZING!
PS: Disney restaurants are awesome about catering to allergies. The chef came over and talked to my mom about her gluten intolerance and went over the menu with her explaining what he can and can't make gluten free. Disney you are awesome!
I was too scared to eat red sauce with my new shirt.. desperate times call for desperate measures ;)
We opted out of ordering the awesome desserts at the T-Rex Restaurant and instead decided to go in Goofy's Candy Co. Can I please live in a place surrounded by Magic filled treats.. all the heart eyes for Disney's sweet spots. My mom loves the candied apples and I settled on a BB8 Rice Krispie.

Here is a little video I put together showing you around Disney Springs!

ALSO! Don't miss yesterdays post showing you the details of this cute Disney outfit!
Hope you get the opportunity to stop in at the new Disney Springs and check it out! Enjoy your day! Talk to you soon!

I Like My Food Mickey Shaped!

Happy Monday! Disney always cures the Monday blues for me ;) Last night I took a few hours to wonder around and explore Disney Springs. I hadn't had time to really enjoy it since all of the changes so I enjoyed wandering around and exploring ALL the new shops and restaurants they have built. I will have a post up tomorrow with more pictures from Disney Springs.

The show-stopper today is this shirt!! I love the Once Upon a Mickey t-shirt shop and their Instagram always has me wanting more of them! This is the same shop I got my shirt in (this post) from! I sure do love some Mickey Shaped treats!

I sure love some time at Disney! Have a great Monday!

Baldwin Park, FL OOTD

Happy Saturday! Today my mom and I had the BEST day. We started by going to Baldwin Park. A charming area of Central Florida filled with beautiful homes and apartments. There are plenty of people walking their dogs all times of the day and runners getting in their cardio. A safe and charming little community.
The architecture of this town is stunning. My mom and I both agreed that at 11 AM it is still too hot to be walking around for long however, and hopped back into the air conditioned car before long. #thankyouJesusforairconditioning
This dress is a major FAV from a local boutique I LOVE! Dresses are always a favorite of mine because you just throw them on without having to think about anything and you automatically look nice and put together.
After walking around my mom and I decided to stop for lunch at Five Guys. FYI all you gluten free folks, Five Guys is awesome about doing gluten free. ANY of their hot dogs or hamburgers can be done without the bun and they will actually make it with two patties instead of one. They make sure none of your meat touches gluten either. My mom has an allergy so we always enjoy stopping in there for a quick bite for lunch. After eating, we shopped a tad and then dived straight into our pool. I love days spent with my Momma!
Hope y'all enjoy the rest of your weekend! See you soon!

Disney Outfits For Every Park!

HELLO HUMANS! (Monsters Inc reference) Fun fact about me... I love Disney, but you already knew that ;) However did you know that a lot of the fun can be in just picking out adorable outfits for each park?? I LOVE piecing together some Mickey fashion for each park any day of the week. Here I will show you an outfit I have put together for each park and links to where you can purchase the items. I may have tagged on a few hundred favorite items at the end that I love too!

Magic Kingdom:

I feel like the movie Tangled is SO under-rated. It has to be one of my favorite Disney princess movies EVER. This outfit is based on what has become my favorite quote from the movie because it can always be used to describe a day at the parks: "BEST DAY EVER!"

Hollywood Studios:

Hollywood Studios is definitely going through the largest changes right now. One new attraction area of the park that I can NOT wait to see is Star Wars Land. It is going to be awesome I am sure. Show up to the dark side in style.

Animal Kingdom:

I love Animal Kingdom! It is such a different park and I enjoy seeing all of the animals. I love this black and white look that I pulled together including a shirt from my favorite Etsy shop. LOVE THEM! I thought the whole "hunt" theme was cute since you are always on the hunt for cute animals around the park. Why not throw a monogram in there too?? Now let's talk shoes. These shoes were RAVED about in this post but I had to mention them here also because Animal Kingdom is the largest of all the parks so you will be doing LOTS of walking. These are the cutest and most comfortable shoes ever. You need them for your visit to any of the four parks.

Epcot:
Ears // Shirt // Button

I love Epcot and wandering from country to country but my favorite time at Epcot has to be when they have the flower and garden festival. I love all the pretty colors and blooms. This look is for all my pink lovers (raise em' high!). The ears are just made for this time of year. Not to mention, pink blouses will keep you from sweating while still looking cute.

My Favorite Disney Look:
I have received some questions on links to where I found the pieces of this Disney look which is one of my FAVS! I have linked this whole outfit below.

Ears // Shirt // Similar Shorts // Shoes // Favorite Disney Alex and Ani //

Some of my other favorites (click the picture to shop):
Flower crown EarsFinding Dory Mouse Ears
Donut Mouse Ears
OH Shello Lilly Pulitzer Fabric Pocket with Minnie Mouse Ears & Bow - Crew Neck Short Sleeve Pocket TShirt
Hope y'all have a great week! There may be another Disney fashion post coming up on the blog very soon. Which of the four looks was your favorite?

Talk to you soon my loves!
