Gluten Free Cadbury Creme Egg Bundt Cake- Easter Recipe!

 Easter With Juliana Grace

Hi everyone and happy day before Easter! I have a delicious recipe for you today featuring these bad boys:
Oh yeah, Cadbury eggs! I am sure you have tried these (and if you haven't I mean come on), than you know that they are very rich. So naturally, this cake is going to be very rich! It tastes amazing though and is sure to satisfy your company for this magnificent holiday.

Also, I made this recipe with a gluten free cake mix due to allergies and if you are doing so as well, maybe cut the frosting recipe in half because gluten free cakes don't get as large as regular cakes. I had WAY too much frosting that was dripping over the pan. If you are making this recipe regularly though, follow as directed.

Ingredients:
1 box of chocolate cake mix
2 small boxes of instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup of canola oil
1 1/4 cup of water
4 normal eggs
7 Cadbury Crème Eggs (make sure they are the regular sized ones)
4 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
3-4 splashes of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan.
In a mixing bowl with a electric mixer, combine cake mix, puddings, oil, water, and eggs. Stir in 4 of your Cadbury Crème Eggs that are roughly chopped. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.

Let cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, invert cake onto serving plate to finish cooling.

To make the frosting, beat butter, powdered sugar, and milk until creaming. Stir in vanilla extract.

Before drizzling the frosting over the cake, take a toothpick and poke holes into the cake so that some of the frosting will fall into the cake. A tip from my sweet grandma. Drizzle frosting over the cooled cake. Top with remaining 3 Cadbury Crème Eggs roughly chopped.

Enjoy! How quick and simple is that. This is probably the simplest cake that tastes extra fancy.

Sweet Saturday
