Breakfast Pie for Pi Day!

Hi everyone and happy Sweet Saturday! I have a delicious pie recipe for you all today since it is Pi day. Pi is the number 3.14... that is often used in math and science etc.. Since today is March 14th (3.14) I thought that I would share another pie recipe to celebrate. I feel like pies are an awesome treat that are so much easier to carry places like potlucks and parties. They go places easier than cakes and casseroles.
This breakfast pie or quiche if you will is SUPER delicious with soft eggs, gooey cheese, and nice mushrooms and bacon. It is super easy to make too. It takes about 5 minutes to prepare no joke. The thing is though is that it takes about 45-50 minutes to bake so this allows you enough time to make your Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Pie.

Ingredients:
-1 pie shell (I used a gluten free one from the grocery store)
-7 oz can of Ham
-3 eggs
-1 cup milk (I used lactaid milk from my local Publix)
-Salt & Pepper
-1 small can of mushrooms (don't forget to drain out the liquid in the can before using)
-A few handfuls of shredded sharp cheese

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour into shell and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Are those not the easiest instructions ever? It is seriously that simple. Don't forget in the mean time to maybe prepare possibly the best dessert on the planet.
