Goey Chocolate Cake (Flourless/ Gluten Free)- Sweet Saturday

Hi everyone I hope you all have had a good week! I apologize for not having a post up in a while. I had bad cold and soar throat so I didn't get to shoot any photos or write any posts. Today however, I am bringing you another Sweet Saturday. I haven't done a Sweet Saturday in a while and this one is one of my favorites! This has so few ingredients and the recipe claimed it would take 30 minutes to prepare but it only took me about 10 minutes to throw the ingredients together and bake. I was so happy this was a quick dessert since today is both UCF and Alabama football day :) Gotta have time to sit down and get into some games! I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients:
-8oz dark chocolate (as high quality as you can get)
-5oz unsalted butter
-7oz sugar
-1 tsp salt
-4 large eggs
-3 tbs cocoa powder

Instructions:
1. Before you start, preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Melt the butter and chocolate together in 30 second increments in the microwave.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and salt using an electric mixer until it is foamy
4. Add the chocolate and butter mixture and mix until well combined
5. Add the cocoa powder and stir until combined
6. Pour mixture into the cake tin and cook for 30 minutes
7. Top with choice of frosting or powdered sugar

Hope you enjoy this recipe and comment below if you try it out! You can email me as well!
